We offer flexible timing specifically for working professionals across morning, afternoon, and evening slots:

  • Morning Batches: 7:15-8:15am, 9:00-10:00am
  • Afternoon Batch: 12:00-1:00pm (lunch break option)
  • Evening Batch: 6:00-7:00pm (after work)

Each batch runs 3 days per week, giving you 12 classes per month. Choose the schedule that fits your routine. Many working professionals prefer our morning batches to start the day energized, or evening batches to unwind after work.
